Step 1. The initial e-brief
One of our experienced team will arrange an over the phone or skype consultation to work through what you hope to achieve from your interior space and together formulate a project brief. We welcome any inspirational and precedent images that you might like to send through to us to paint a broader picture of the things you like and what styles or details you are gravitating toward. We will email you through our interior design fee proposal once we have a better understanding of the scope of works.
Step 2. Getting to know your space
We will require measurements of your existing space or floor plans if you are building a new home, photos of the space and a budget for your project. This process is crucial in getting to know your space and the parameters and restraints that we are working with.
Step 3. Concept Design
One of our design team will come back to you with an initial set of design concepts which will include preliminary design layouts based on your project brief. We will communicate these initial ideas with you via phone or skype, whichever method you would prefer. We encourage you to give feedback along the way, so we can better understand your and your families needs in order to create the best possible space.
Step 4. Documentation
Once you are comfortable with the design direction and bursting with excitement, we will refine the design concept with professional documentation drawings which will include the following:
detailed floor plan scale 1:50
detailed internal elevations scale 1:50
professional 3D render of your space
lighting and electrical plan scale 1:50
material and finishes schedule
Step 4. Build and Enjoy
Now that you have everything you need, you can start the building process. If you need some help finding local tradespeople, we are more than happy to help out here too.

We encourage you to give feedback along the way, so we can better understand your and your families needs in order to create the best possible space.
Step 4. Final Moodboards
Once you are comfortable with the styling direction, we will refine the design concept and present them to you as final moodboards. We will provide you with a costing schedule outlining your furniture and décor selections with where you can purchase these. The moodboards will give you a clear visual of how the space will come together and how you can style it like a pro! As we are accredited Dulux Colour Designers, we will also arrange for any specified colour samples to be sent directly to you, free of charge.
Step 5. Shop and Style
Enjoy trade discounts! We can order your items while you can enjoy the discounts of the trade and have them delivered straight to your door. We work with local suppliers who also offer VIP discounts to our clientele. We will communicate with you each step of the way so you are comfortable to style your home.
